What we look for:

You have in-depth content, process, project and transformation knowledge in your respective fields of expertise.
You are trained and skilled in modern project and change methods such as, but not limited to MSP, Scrum, Agile, Safe 5, Prosci / Adkar, etc.
You have a proven track record in (inter)national, complex, multi-year projects or programs.
You are able to deal with complex data, to come to chirurgical precise synthesis followed by crystal clear road guidance.
You are capable to combine persistency with diplomatic and customer-focused behaviour.
You have more than 15 years of working experience.
